treo (rhymes with grow) is our recruitment and training programme. We want to provide direction and support for people interested in church planting ministry in Ireland. Our application process will help you to determine your suitability for this challenging mission field, addressing areas of belief, character, and gifting.
Once in Ireland, the treo programme will help you to discover Irish culture, to discern where God is leading you, and to develop your gifts and skills. All this takes place in a local church setting where you can receive in-context theological training and mentoring from experienced church planters. We recruit into four roles, depending on your experience and ministry focus.
